Simple Wings is about two things: simplicity and success. Wings are a symbol of rising above challenges, of reaching for the stars and soaring. I’m a butterfly emerging from a cocoon of transformation; sailing on the thermals of life and learning to fly. This is a search for simplicity and a chance to shine.

For a more in-depth look at this blog, please read this, or discover more about the characters.

Each week two articles are posted on simplicity, health, student life, success, the environment or motivation. I currently have three series’ on simplicity, habit-forming and my own journey of early rising.

So who am I? My name is Rose and I’m the author here.  I’m a Psychology student in Southern England with a passion for minimalism, frugality and eco-living. A published poet and author of a 50,000 word novel, I enjoy nature, singing, dancing, herbal tea, reading blogs, romance novels and spiritual books, karate, exercise, painting and writing.

I’m also the author of a blog on spirituality and general tribulations of student life over at Pagan Wings.

My experience comes from no qualifications; just my own successes in breaking the boundaries of fear, laziness and challenges, weeks of de-cluttering, and the first half of a degree in Psychology.

If you want to get in touch, I’d love to hear from you: Either leave a comment, Email Me or Chat with Rose on GoogleTalk.

The key to success is failure and I’ve done plenty of that too. This is my journey to simplicity and success; and I hope I can help you out along the way. What have you got to lose?
